Seventeen… Eighteen……. Nineteen………twenty…..aaaahhhh…this sweet pain. Continual improvement and change of workout routine is essential for exercise to continue benefit. Aaahhhh….Phew…phew… Breathing out with mouth wide open helps!

A minute’s rest and let’s start a set of fifer scissors.

…was it a flower? Did it just fall from the big tree I’m exercising under? Ha ha…wonderful. Can I see one actually falling from the tree while I’m sleeping under it? And can I catch one?…wow… Let’s see…

When was it? About few years back his daughter always wanted a butterfly to sit on her hands. She really really wanted it to happen. That day in a garden where there were a  plenty flying around, she became a flower with her hands spread like a flower…a few minutes of patience and butterfly obliged! It’s a same feeling today…
